Getting Started

All KINGMUSIC Rental/Purchase Agreements are eligible for Easy Rental Pay. However, your rental account must be current and in good standing before you can enroll in the Easy Rental Pay Program.

Just complete the Easy Rental Pay Authorization form on the other side and send to KINGMUSIC along with requested account documentation:

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

When will payments be deducted from my account? Your Easy Rental Pay payment will be deducted from your account based upon the due date on the Rental/Purchase Agreement, usually the 1st or the 15th of the month. If the scheduled due date falls on a weekend or holiday, KINGMUSIC will initiate the electronic funds transfer on the next business day.

What if my account has insufficient funds at the time of the withdrawal? When an Easy Rental Pay transaction is returned for nonsufficient funds (NSF) or is DECLINED by your Credit Card Bank, KINGMUSIC will re-attempt an automatic withdrawal approximately five business days later. If payment is not secured at that time, your Rental Account will be removed from Easy Rental Pay, and KINGMUSIC will determine your account to be IN-DEFAULT and will enforce the terms of the Rental/Purchase Agreement.

If an Easy Rental Pay transaction is returned for any other reason, your Rental Account will be removed from Easy Rental Pay immediately. KINGMUSIC will determine your account to be IN-DEFAULT and will enforce the terms of the Rental/Purchase Agreement.

What if I no longer want to pay my rental payment through Easy Rental Pay? That’s fine however KINGMUSIC must receive a written request from you at least 10 days before your scheduled payment withdrawal date.

Can I check the status of my payment? Yes. Simply have your Rental Account number ready and call KINGMUSIC’s Front Sales Counter at 815-935-1115 or our office at 815-935-3221.
